Can I send reference tracks?
Absolutely! Sending reference tracks is not just allowed, it's highly encouraged. References are the best way to communicate your sonic goals. They help me understand the tonal balance, dynamics, and overall energy you are aiming for. For the best results, please provide 2-5 tracks that are stylistically similar to yours.
Do you offer services like vocal tuning, timing correction, or noise removal?
My core services are mixing and mastering. While I may fix minor audible issues if they arise, significant edits like vocal tuning, timing corrections, and extensive noise removal should be completed before sending your stems. For the best results, please ensure your recordings are edited and ready for mixing.
How do revisions work?
- Mixing / Mastering: Includes Up to 2 revisions. - Mix + Master Bundle: Includes Up to 4 revisions. A "revision" covers tweaks to elements already present in the mix (e.g., volume balance, EQ changes). It does not cover major arrangement changes or swapping out core files (like a new vocal take), which may incur an additional fee.
What are your payment terms and cancellation/refund policy?
Full payment is required upfront to book your slot in my schedule. Cancellation: You may cancel within 24 hours of payment for an 80% refund. After 24 hours: The service is considered in progress and is no longer eligible for a refund.
