You request service via the Site form or by message. Work starts when (a) we confirm the scope and price, (b) full payment is received, and (c) all required materials are received in working format (“Materials Accepted”).
If links are broken, downloads disabled, or files are missing, timelines pause until fixed.
3) Files & preparation
3.1 Mixing – stems
Provide clearly named WAV stems (mono/stereo renders).
No DAW project files.
Please export individual elements (e.g., kick, bass, leads, pads, vocals, FX) as separate stems. Do not combine multiple instruments into one stem to “save stem count.”
Before exporting, remove muted/unused tracks and avoid duplicate stems (so you don’t pay for stems that don’t matter).
3.2 Mastering – premaster requirements
24 or 32‑bit WAV at the original session sample rate
no limiter/maximizer on the master bus (unless explicitly requested)
avoid clipping; leave sensible headroom (recommended peaks below about −3 to −6 dBFS)
If technical issues are detected, we may recommend fixes before proceeding.
3.3 Stem count (mix projects)
Quotes typically assume up to 60 stems unless stated otherwise. Additional stems can be accommodated for an extra fee of $5 USD per stem, quoted before starting.
4) Pricing & payments
4.1 Currency
All dollar amounts in these Terms are USD unless stated otherwise. If you pay in another currency, conversion is based on the provider’s exchange rate on the payment date.
4.2 Payment methods
PayPal, Wise, and bank transfer (where available). Payment processor fees are non‑refundable.
4.3 Refunds & cancellations
Because this is a custom digital service:
within 24 hours of payment: 80% refund (20% retained for admin/scheduling)
after 24 hours: non‑refundable
If we have not started work yet and you cancel, we may (at our discretion) offer credit toward a future booking.
4.4 Chargebacks
If you have an issue, contact us first so we can fix it. Unjustified chargebacks may result in loss of access to deliverables and may require reimbursement of fees/costs.
5) Turnaround & express options
Standard timelines are estimates and begin only after payment + Materials Accepted:
Mastering: 3–7 business days
Mixing: 5–10 business days
Mix + Master: 7–15 business days
Express options (if offered/available) are billed per track and require confirmed scheduling.
6) Revisions & changes
6.1 What counts as a revision
Revisions cover tweaks to the existing work (e.g., balance moves, small EQ adjustments, effect level changes, small loudness adjustments).
Revisions do not include “starting over,” a full re‑mix, a new creative direction, replacing multiple core elements, re‑recorded vocals, swapping key sounds (kick/bass/vocal take), or sending new stems/files. Those are treated as major changes and may require a new quote/fee before continuing.
6.2 Revision policy & timing
Included revisions (if any) are as stated in your quote/order confirmation or the pricing shown at the time you booked.
Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of initial delivery.
When we receive clear, time‑stamped feedback (and any required files), we aim to deliver revision updates within 7 business days.
6.3 Additional work
Additional revision rounds or major changes may be billed (quoted before proceeding).
7) Delivery & storage
7.1 Deliverables
Final approved files typically include:
24‑bit WAV (high‑resolution)
high‑quality MP3
Other formats (FLAC/AIFF) can be provided on request.
7.2 File storage
We retain final delivery backups for 30 days after final delivery. After that, we may delete files.
8) Rights, confidentiality, and portfolio usage
8.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of your music. You represent you have rights to all materials you provide.
8.2 Confidentiality
We treat your unreleased materials as confidential.
8.3 Portfolio use (opt‑in)
We will not publicly share your track or name for promotion without your explicit permission.
9) No guarantee of outcomes
We can’t guarantee label signing, playlisting, streaming results, or commercial success. We only guarantee professional delivery of the agreed service.
10) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToMix is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service.
11) Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Before filing any claim, both parties agree to attempt good‑faith resolution within 14 days after written notice.
12) Agreement
By paying for services and/or sending project materials, you confirm you read and agree to these Terms.
